On any given, warm and sunny weekend in Hawaii, you don't have to go far to smell some of the greatest smelling bbq in the world. Locals there in the islands love to grill steak or chicken over an open grill or hibachi. Sometimes we soak the meat using a teriyaki style marinade or using just plain sea salt, pepper, and garlic for flavor. Usually served with rice and a tossed or macaroni salad, this makes for some serious "grinds"!

Mo' Bettah Steaks  will be sharing this experience with the "islanders" of "HATU" (Utah backwards) with a simplified menu (just serving the "good" stuff), of Steak or Chicken done up on the grill,Hawaiian Pulehu style, with sea salt, pepper, and garlic seasonings or marinated in our own family recipe teriyaki  sauce.

Come visit "Mo' Bettah Steaks" currently open in Bountiful and Salt Lake City!
